Overview

To use Ava, your company will need:

a Corporate Subscription; plus
one Workspace Subscription for each of its authorised users.

A Corporate Subscription establishes dedicated client company facilities on the secure Ava SaaS hosted platform, and access and usage rights for the Ava services - including the right for the client company to set up Ava Workspaces for its authorised users.

Three types of Corporate Subscriptions are available as illustrated in the tables below:

A one-off Jump Start to support customers through piloting to initial operational usage;
Ava Baseline providing cost effective access to Ava Clastics and Ava Structure;
Ava Enterprise extending the functionality of Ava Baseline with the addition of Ava Insights, Premium Support, and a Corporate R&D Licence.

Types of Workspace Subscriptions:

A Clastics Workspace Subscription grants an authorised user the right to use Ava Clastics on an unlimited basis;
A Structure Workspace Subscription grants an authorised user the right to use Ava Structure on an unlimited basis;
A Combined Workspace Subscription grants an authorised user the right to use both Ava Clastics and Ava Structure on an unlimited basis.

An authorised user can be granted a Workspace Subscription at any time during the period of a Corporate Subscription. When the Corporate Subscription renews, existing Workspace Subscriptions are either renewed seamlessly, suspended or cancelled.

Establishes individual users' personalised, secure workspaces and profiles within the hosted Ava platform, and their access and usage rights to Ava Services and shared proprietary customer data.

Ava Enterprise - Tailor Ava for your organisation with Ava Insights

Many of our clients have complex technical landscapes which are rich in proprietary data and workflows which complement Ava. Our team regularly works with client R&D teams and company experts to ensure our technologies our seamlessly integrated.

Ava can be extended and customised in the following ways:

Integrate proprietary analogue data stores

Our APIs offer the option to integrate proprietary analogue data alongside world-class databases from the University of Leeds and then use our innovative data processing services to directly apply the data to any standard or proprietary subsurface workflow.

Customise rules within workflows

Our ava Configuration Portal allows company experts to modify or extend the rules we apply to QC interpretations and models in both Ava Clastics and Ava Structure.

Integrate proprietary algorithms

We can productise your proprietary facies modelling algorithms and link them to Ava Clastics, so they can be informed by a combination of both Ava and proprietary analogue data.

OSDU data platform integration (coming soon)

We are currently working on a direct integration between Ava Insights and the OSDU Data platform.
