Analogue case studies contain information which can be processed to create on-demand parameter sets that can be used in workflows including volumetric assessment.

The Input to Uncertainty workflow in Ava Clastics allows subscribers to take any depositional concept and derive distributions and ranges for parameters such as Thickness, NtG and Shape factors. Where insufficient information is available in a single case study to define a selected parameter, information for additional case studies can be added to the depositional concept until the minimum data required to define the distribution is available.

This workflow is possible via a web-browser, making it accessible to a broad range of subscribers, using a variety of approaches and technologies for their volumetric assessment workflows.
