Ava® Clastics sedimentology and analogue database software now includes access to the
Deep-Marine Architecture Knowledge Store (DMAKS), a new sophisticated sedimentary analogue database
which brings a new level of quantitative data to the characterisation of deep-water clastic reservoirs.

Petrotechnical Data Systems (PDS) announced today the expansion of their collaboration agreement with the
University of Leeds to support joint technology development. PDS have acquired exclusive rights to commercialise
two sedimentary analogue databases, the Shallow-Marine Architecture Knowledge Store (SMAKS) and
the Deep-Marine Knowledge Store (DMAKS).
