Ava Professional

Ava Professional provides simple, personalised access, for individual professionals who would like to engage with and evaluate our Ava products. Simply register below and we will give you access to our online services, Ava Clastics, Ava Saturation and Ava Structure. You can upload interpretations and download results as required.

Access is completely free, for a limited time, so you can evaluate our technologies at your leisure.

Agreement – Access Ava Professional

By filling in the details below you are confirming that you, the “Professional Subscriber”, have read and understood the terms and conditions under which PDS is granting you access to the Ava Professional, and that you agree to such. Once PDS has received your response you will be issued with access information and a password.

I wish to access the Ava Professional and hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

• I agree that where my use of the Ava Professional is for evaluation purposes only, I will undertake the evaluation personally on behalf of my Company.
• I agree that I will keep the access password provided to me by PDS confidential and not permit others to use it to access Ava Professional, and that if I am utilising this subscription for the purposes of product evaluation, I may permit other personnel of my Company to participate in my evaluation, but I will do so only by allowing them to view my physical screen.
• I agree that if I upload any confidential company data to the online environment this is done so at my own risk and will ensure that it is appropriately managed and deleted if required at the end of the subscription period.
• I agree that I will not share the results or other information about my subscription with anyone other than with PDS personnel or with personnel of my Company with a bona-fide need to know.
• I agree that I will give feedback to PDS by email and/or interview upon request and participate in reasonable surveys conducted by PDS about the Ava Products.
• I agree not to copy or download any of the Ava website content or Ava Product content in any form.
• I have read the following documents on the PDS website (www.pds.group) and downloaded/printed them for my records. I understand that they detail the general terms and conditions under which PDS has granted me access to the PDS Website and its Service. I understand these general terms and conditions and I hereby agree to them (along with the terms and conditions listed above):
